Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at orienne.store, operated by Orienne Group LLC (doing business as Orienne).

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days; we will let you know by email if so.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days after dispatch): free on orders of $150.00 or more, otherwise a flat $7.95.
• Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
• Rates are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships we email a confirmation with a tracking link to the address you gave at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at support@orienne.store with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will work with the carrier and either replace or refund your order.

Duties and taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
